Every time you use a food item from the database, it is automatically added to your Favorites Manager. It will appear in your "All Favorites" Tab of your Favorites Notebook.
To create a favorite "from scratch," click the Create Button.
You can copy food items on your "All Favorites" note card into any of the other cards. Click the Copy To Button to do this. Or simply drag-and-drop the food items from your "All Favorites" tab and move them into the other tabs.
To delete a favorite, select it and then click the Delete Button. To edit a favorite, double-click on its name. (If you prefer, you may single-click on its name to select it, then click the Edit Button.)
