To add new exercises to NutriBase, you'll need to calculate the cal/hr/lb factor to every exercise you add. The table below shows you the typical calorie expenditures for many exercises. Find the two exercises you believe your new exercise falls between in terms of calories burned, then use a cal/hr/lb factor that is between those two exercises. Enter this calorie expenditure factor into the proper place in the dialog box above.
